"I would not insure with this agent!! No accountability at this Office. One of Mr.Reeds employees input another customers banking information onto my account. I was not fortunate enough to catch this on my end. My Debit card had expired around the time this account was added to my account. I remember when I started this account I gave them my routing and banking information. Their employee around that time changed the information in my account and I proceeded to pay my bill with another customers Banking Info. Not my intention by any means. This went on from November of 2023 to March of 2024. I got a call from one of Mr.Reeds employee investigating the matter and accused me of committing FRAUD. It was not a pleasant phone call. I told her my side of the story. She told me she would look into this. She called back maybe an hour or so later and apologized for everything. She found where one of their employees had made a mistake and input someone else's information into my account. I replied back who is liable for this mistake? She said "You are!". So now I am getting the bill for assuming the information in my account was my own. In all my years of customer service I have never charged a customer for mistakes made by myself or other employees. If I had honestly made the mistake I would pay.But I am refusing too be taken advantage of like this. I did call corporate over this and the sided with the agent. This company has no Integrity."

I apologize for any misunderstanding you may have felt when speaking with our account manager. I can promise it was not intended as you described as fraud is a very serious accusation.
